Tinypo is built for those communities: the co-owners and volunteer board members keeping things going together. Big corporate property-management software has a different audience. Our focus is your building, your neighbours, and making the everyday work lighter.
We believe someone should give something back. This is our contribution: useful software that helps small syndicates stay organized, reduce admin, and avoid another subscription. More of your community’s money can go toward caring for the place you share.

Is it really free? Even later?
Yes. Tinypo is absolutely free for syndicates in Montréal, and our commitment is to keep it that way. Helping small communities avoid software costs is the reason this project exists.
Is Tinypo right for a small, self-managed building?
That’s exactly who we’re building it for. If co-owners or a volunteer board share the work of looking after your building, Tinypo gives your updates, requests, and information a common home.
Does it do our accounting?
No. Tinypo focuses on organizing your syndicate and keeping co-owners informed. Continue using your existing accounting tools or accountant for bookkeeping, financial statements, and payments.
Can everyone see everything?
Access is managed through user roles and permissions. Your syndicate can share useful information with co-owners while controlling who can view, create, update, or delete information in each module.
Can we hold votes in Tinypo today?
Surveys are available for gathering feedback. Voting is a planned addition, along with meeting tools and more ways to coordinate building life. We’ll keep the distinction between current and upcoming features clear.
